1. 上料码垛、机械手自动上片、印前电晕材料、印前预定位、机械手送片、自动印刷、机械手取片、自动烘干、印后电晕、机械手自动 下片、收卷码垛实现全自动运行，易于操作，保证品质。 

2. 印刷采用伺服电机，精度高确保印刷产品质量稳定，印刷物均匀无波浪状。 

3. 控制系统采用进口 PLC 可编写控制系统和人机界面。

4. 本机设有自动报警装置及周边安全保护开关，并可选择配置气动机械安全保护装置，确保安全生产。
